Serving clients during the perinatal period
I’m deeply honored to accompany individuals on their journey through pregnancy and postpartum, transition to parenting, pregnancy loss, adjustment issues, fertility stresses; all are life events that can present a myriad of overwhelming challenges.
Accessing mental health support during this time is a sign of strength and hope, and can be critical for restoring a sense of well-being.
I offer space for clients to process emotions, feel validated, problem-solve, reflect, locate inner/outer resources to manage this often unsettling terrain.
New and relearned coping skills can allow individuals to find self-confidence, guideposts and solid footing to navigate life's changes.
Approaches used in my psychotherapeutic practice include:
trauma-informed, attachment-based, CBT, grief and loss,
EMDR, solution-focused, reflective process.
Please contact me to arrange an initial 15-minute consult at no charge to determine if we are a good fit for therapeutic work together.
I have openings for telehealth clients only.
I currently accept the following insurance: UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Harvard Pilgrim; as well as out-of-pocket payment of $110 for a 50 minute session.
Other insurances will be accepted in the coming months.
For uninsured payers, I will provide a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
